Paws of Serbia is a for-profit business dedicated to understanding, exposing, and addressing the conditions that allow suffering among dogs—and other animals—to persist.

Our work is funded entirely through our store and other business activities, enabling sustained research, documentation, and public awareness programs.

We focus on learning, observation, and public understanding—examining how legal gaps, enforcement failures, and cultural norms contribute to harm. By bringing clarity to these issues, we aim to support informed dialogue, responsible action, and long-term change.

Every dog—and other vulnerable animals—deserves care, protection, and dignity. Our work remains intentional and measured. We prioritize integrity, safety, and long-term impact over short-term visibility or reactionary responses.

Paws of Serbia’s scope may grow or adapt as understanding deepens and conditions allow, always guided by the principle that lasting change requires addressing causes—not just symptoms.
